I need help
January 10th, 2009 by boxerboy2731I’m 16 and i justed started really working out about 6 months ago, but im still not seeing any significant results. I work out every other day and i am getting stronger but my arms still arent to the size that i would like. I have a hot girlfriend and i wanna start lookin my best for her. What can i do to get bigger and more well defined arms? My workout includes:
3 ladder sets of curls with 35X8 and 30X12 and 25X15
3 ladder sets of dumbell press with 50X8 and 45X10 and 40X12 and 35X15
3 sets of bench press with 145X8 first then 135X8 second and 125X10 last
3 sets of dumbell flies at 20X8
and 3 sets of shoulder press at 35X10
i also work my triceps and my legs plus i use the machines in my school’s weight room
I think i eat ennough but my diet probly isnt the best but why cant i see any real results? do i need to cut back on the working out? what am i doing wrong?
